Anise Hyssop (Agastache foeniculum) is a member of the mint family with a distinct anise flavour and aroma.

A native plant of North America, it is a favourite of pollinators and a cornerstone species at our farm. 

A tonic nutritive with an uplifting aroma, Anise Hyssop has a long history of use including: seasoning spice, hot or cold tea infusion, potpourri, bathing formulations, skin care, cordials, syrups, incense, and relieving a dispirited heart. 

Grown using beyond organic, ecologically regenerative practises.
